Join us for the 2026 Young Professionals Awards held on January 15, 2026 from 5:30pm – 9:00pm! This year we are again hosting a casino-themed event!
The Young Professionals Awards is an opportunity to gather, network, and celebrate our community’s young professionals. We encourage all young professionals, their employers, and community leaders to register and attend! Everyone is welcome to join us in celebrating the incredible things happening in our community and to cheer on this year’s award winners! You don’t need to be a Young Professional or a Chamber member to attend—this event is open to all!
2026 Awards include: Future Five, Entrepreneaur of the Year, Emerging Leader, and YP Workplace of the Year. Award winners will be recognized at the annual Young Professionals Awards event.

FUTURE FIVE AWARD
The Future 5 Award is given to five up-and-coming Young Professionals who are exceling within their chosen field, industry, or career path. These individuals are connected to the community and those around them take notice of their leadership potential and commitment to excellence. Interested in sponsoring this award? EMERGING LEADER AWARD
The Emerging Leader Award is given to one individual who has taken on a visible leadership role within the community and/or their industry. This individual has made exceptional strides to positively impact the La Crosse Area through dedicated volunteer work, the launch of a new community initiative, or some other work of similar impact.
BEST YOUNG PROFESSIONAL WORKPLACE OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Best YP (Young Professional) Workplace of the Year Award is given to one business or nonprofit organization that has been intentional about attracting, training, and retaining Young Professionals. Often, this is accomplished through building an attractive workplace culture, changing internal operations to meet the changing needs of their talent pool, offering unique benefits, or some other innovative way.
ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Entrepreneur of the Year Award is given to one individual who goes above and beyond as the owner or operator of their own business. This individual is someone that other entrepreneurs look up to for industry knowledge, leadership advice, and connections.
