Oktoberfest in the Capitol Goal is to cooperate with other area organizations throughout our region to become a more powerful voice in Madison. •Plan and coordinate an Oktoberfest in the Capitol in September/October of 2007. •Expand this biannual effort to a more regional focus including issues important to the business community.
